Our standard menu pricing is based on an average serving of 500g of uncooked meat per person. Should your event require larger portion sizes, premium meat selections, or customised menu options, we would be pleased to provide a tailored quote to suit your needs.Disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins are included with all catering packages.

Our Authentic Barbecue Style
Over the years Smokey Mary BBQ has developed its own barbecue style of cooking. A mix of the South American Barbecue with the great American Style BBQ. All meats are flavoured with our homemade seasoning rubs and then smoked for around 12 hours over vintage Ironbark.
From our smoker you can expect nothing less than juicy and water-mouthful meats, fall-of-the-bone-ribs, splendid sausages, and smoky chicken wings. With this selection you’ll definitely impress your meat-lover guests.
